Moderby enforces a rigorous onboarding process for instructors to uphold educational quality and learner satisfaction. Instructors must adhere to specific guidelines to ensure their qualification and enrollment to the highest standards.This is achieved by requiring instructors to follow specific steps and procedures that guarantee their qualification and enrollment on the platform with the highest educational standards. The key steps include:
- Instructors are required to fill out a registration form to join the platform. The platform then reviews the applications and selects instructors with the highest quality profiles. The platform communicates with selected instructors via WhatsApp to complete the registration process, address any inquiries related to registration, and guide them on how to provide the required information at the expected level of quality.
- The platform ensures the competency and accuracy of the information entered in each registration request, aligning with the platform's standards and requirements. This is achieved through the teacher support team, which verifies the compatibility of the teacher's experiences with the information provided in the registration form.
- Upon completing and approving the registration request, a personal interview is scheduled. The interview takes place online via Zoom with both the teacher and a member of the teacher support team to verify identity and the information provided in the registration form. Additionally, it involves attaching certificates and academic qualifications and ensuring compliance with national policies and modern teaching standards .
- Teachers are required to prepare a demo lesson, supervised by a member of the teacher support team, to assess the teacher's competence in service delivery. This step precedes approval for teaching on the platform. Subsequently, a decision is made to either accept or reject the teacher's application. Approved teachers have their accounts activated.
- Ongoing performance monitoring and evaluation of the teacher occur through feedback received after the completion of each lesson.
- Continuous tracking and assessment involve reviewing feedback received from learners on the platform.
